Just in time for Mother’s Day: The Petal Pouch! The Petal Pouch is brought to you by Noodlehead. This tote is perfect for all uses including liquids because we will line the interior with vinyl. And, it’s a great stash buster; it only takes two fat quarters. They’re so fun to make and use, you’ll want to make more than one!

Level: Advanced beginner. You should know your way around your sewing machine and have completed a sewing project. You should also be comfortable sewing on a curve. It’s not hard; don’t be intimidated.

Finished Measurements: 
We will be making the larger version of the pouch in class. Approx. finished dimensions: 6¼” high x 10” wide x 2” deep

—You must purchase a copy of the pattern either online or at Knit One Quilt Too.

Supplies:
Requirements based on 44” wide fabric. FQ=Fat Quarter=18″ x 22″

-Exterior fabric, FQ (or 1/4 yard)
-Lining fabric, FQ (or 1/4 yard)
-Fusible woven interfacing (20″-wide), 1/2 yard*
-10” zipper. I will have zippers available for purchase but if you have a special color in mind, you’ll want to bring it.*
-Thread to match project
-Sewing machine. You can also rent one at Knit One Quilt Too if you don’t want to lug yours.

*Don’t stress about the interfacing or zipper. I’ll bring what you need. See you in class!
