Make a Jelly Roll Rug with Maria (two sessions)
October 8, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

October 8, 6:00 to 7:00 pm and October 15, 6:00 to 9:00 pm | $70 | Registration required
Using a Jelly Roll, batting, and a sewing machine with a zigzag stitch, you can create this 30″ x 40″ rug. There’s a sample in the shop that you have to see as you’ll be amazed at the texture or even that it originated from a Jelly Roll.
The shop sample uses just half a pack so you can even make a larger one, if you’d like. Or start with the smaller one, learn the technique in class, and make a larger one on your own.
If your sewing machine doesn’t have a zigzag stitch, no problem; you can rent one of our Janome machines.
The Jelly Roll Rug class is a lot of fun and you will be able to complete one rug in 2 days. This rug looks great in any room of your house; it also makes a great gift for a baby or wedding shower.
