Knitting for beginners with Åsa (4 sessions)

Fall in love with the calming craft of knitting this fall!
In this class, for knitters with little to absolutely no experience, you will complete a knitting project and gain confidence by learning the most commonly used stitches and techniques to continue this craft beyond this class.
You will learn how to cast on, knit basic stitches, and bind off. You will also learn to decipher a knitting pattern and how to fix common mistakes. At the end of the class, you will have a cozy cowl to keep you warm through the winter.
Class size is limited to 4 students, and there is plenty of room in our spacious 900-square-foot classroom. You must wear a mask.
Supplies needed (We are happy to help you pick out yarn during our store hours):
–300 yards of aran weight yarn in a light color
–size US 9 knitting needles (24″ circular recommended, straight needles also work)
